Download our Wayfinding Guide for maps, photos and step-by-step directions to conference spaces and facilities, helping you plan your visit and navigate the venue with confidence.

We strive to ensure the conference is accessible to everyone. The conference will have:

  • Automated captioning 
  • Parent room, prayer room and quiet space
  • Wayfinding document for the venue
  • Wheelchair access
  • Accessible accommodation on-site


We can make other accommodations by request, including:

  • Live captioning
  • Auslan and community language interpreters
  • PowerPoints or papers in advance (where available) 
  • Specific seating arrangements
  • In some rooms, adjusted lighting
  • Accessibility contact person for any issues arising at the conference
